Dixie Cup begins next Friday with our gathering on the patio at
CounterCommon in Bellaire from 7-10!

Saturday will include judging, drinking, hanging, enjoying, drinking,
relaxing, hospitality suite, raffle, and awards!

What i need are people to do the following:

I need one or two people who can man the registration table. This is
basically to make sure people are 1) of age, and 2) paid members. No
glassware or shirts to take care of this year cuz we always lose $ on that
shit and no one in this club needs or wants new glassware or shirts. It's
not a constant job... Just pay attention to who is new. Hours ..tbd,
depends on how many people show up to 8th Wonder to judge on Sunday
(12-3... Come out!) Zero experience required.

Tap table manager. Work the hospitality suite, make sure that we have a
good selection/variety at all times. Experience somewhat preferred. On this
note, please volunteer to bring homebrew and let Robert know what you're
bringing!

Raffle! This requires multiple people. One to head up, but also a few to
help distribute the bounty. What i really need is someone to volunteer to
be the coordinator. Responsibility includes selling tickets, staging and
arranging the swag, etc. No experience necessary, but it would be best if
you've at least been to some foam ranger raffles and know how they are...
And that you have a thick skin, lol

Lastly... Dixie Cup is really scaled back this year due to... well, trends,
too many local clubs and competitions, and diminished interest in
homebrewing. So no Friday night or Friday night potluck. But people will
be drinking, so i think it would be great if we could bring snacks for the
hospitality suite. Nothing official. But please bring snacks to share.

Can't wait to see everyone!

Cheers
