[Foam-rangers] tarp, trough & misc serving stuff

I have the tarp we have put under the trough to collect the condensate. I'm not sure how well it works as it is woven & I'd think it would leak.
I will bring it Thursday before the reception party.

What time will the hotel be open for such stuff/when will other Foamies be there?

Is anyone planning to pick up the trough at De Falcos? I've done it in the past and can do it again if I am free Thursday pm in time to get it to the hotel and pick up ice.
I would pick it up & clean it up probably Wednesday.
Again when will the hotel be open/when will the tap table arrive?

I have a lot of plates, napkins, some plastic flatware, Enough plastic serving flatware to supply two state fairs I plan to bring thursday and stick under the tables.
I thought I had a rough inventory I sent out but couldn't find it in my email lists.
