[Foam-rangers] Online Avery label template for judge info for your score sheets

This is for folks who are judging for the Dixie Cup.

 

Avery labels (not brewery) has an online template for their 5160 labels
here:

Select the label with Name, Address, etc. on it

 

Enter you name, BJCP ID, rank, email address etc. into the label


Click preview and print in the upper right corner

 

If it looks good, click the green print button in the upper right corner

 

This will create a pdf file to print.  Change the printer to "save as pdf"
and save the file, and then email the file to me. I will print the labels
out for you when you come to judge.

 

Include your name and the words "Judging Labels" in the subject line so I
can find your email.
